which services does wireless LAN depend on?

So I disabled some services that I thought were unimportant, and now my wireless doesn't work.

I've reenabled all services, but wireless still doesn't work.

I'm not sure whether it's the way Windows XP manages wireless connections, or whether it's an Atheros driver issue.

I'm going to do a reformat, but before I do, I wanted to know which services wireless LAN depends on. Anyone know? The reason I ask is because I seriously did not disable anything to do with wireless, or internets.. but there ARE some services that, if disabled, will render other applications useless, even if their association is not apparent; it says so right in the description for the service. This is why I thought maybe it's an Atheros driver issue (bad design of driver?).

I managed to get my wireless working again by importing the default WinXP SP3 services registry settings, found here:

    http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/registry.htm

I'm still wondering about those dependencies though.. :?
