why is my windvd in battery

    i clicked on battery icon on desktop at bottom and noticed inter windvd under max battery, but could not do anything with it, yet i was hoping to use it with dvd fab, can anybody tell me why it is their and also how can i utilize it, it was a preinstalled program on my 8.9"
