Widgets/Gadgets for standard install of Linux on One

    Hi All

    I have searched for this but not found anything.

    I would like to install some widgets for the Acer Aspire One.

    I have modified the desktop as in this posthttp://www.aspireoneuser.com/forum/ ... t=4310.Get the Linux desktop you always wanted in 10 easy steps!

    I would now like to set it off with some nice gadgets or widgets.

    I have looked at Google gadgets and it seems there is something there but I dont think its for the standard version of Linux on the Aspire One.

    Have tried Gdesklets but cannot get the weather working as I think that the resources have changed. Have tried the updates but keep getting runtime errors.

    Any help appreciated before I trade my Aspire for an XP version
