WiFi Hard Blocked on Toshiba Satellite P850

Hi I have this Toshiba Satellite P850 Laptop , it is icore 7 , 2.4ghz , 4gb RAM, with intel Centrino wireless-n 2230 WIFI (SINGLE BAND). i had this issue of WIFI speed, I thought, I could upgrade the Wifi Card. so I bought AC7562, installed it but my laptop was just not letting this WIFI turn on. I was having wireless capability issue. watched youtube videos', searched on google. nothing worked. only one thread seemed real but i didn't try this. i just gave up.
