    3 weeks old AspireOne.

Am unable to access wifi consistently - initially had difficulty with Apple AirPort, then hardwired via cat-5 cable.

2nd try was succsessful through a D-Link site at a hotel in Juneau, Alaska (cruise ship port).

Subsequent attempts at other sites unsuccessful.

Error message "Limited or no connectivity". The signal strength is ok (even excellent). Others around me can access the connection on their computers.

    HELP, please

Check your wireless settings to see if DHCP is enabled, most configurations use a dhcp server to give your machine an ip address. if you have a static ip address configured and is the wrong one the connection will not work.
