win 7 vs vista performance

    As far i know in the news..the reason why Microsoft Corporation released its Vista OS is because the HARDWARE LOCKED DOWN in the other country..because vista requires 2007 models of Pc parts..because the Computer Parts Manufacturers agreed if windows vista will released on market the consumers intend to buy new PC's which its they called "Operation Blackhole" sweaping the old pc's which causes high comsuption in the electricity that is approved by Some pro-energy organization sorta....

    of course without vista..seven will not release...
