    Hi,

I have an AAO 150 with a 120gb HDD that I am trying to install a new OS on (Win Xp Pro). I have two problems at the moment.

First up, all the tutorials on upgrading to XP state that the install should be done using FAT32 as it makes XP faster on an SSD Netbook - however, I dont have an SSD netbook... i've got a normal HDD. Has anyone any advice on whether I should use NTSC instead or should I just stick with the tutorials advice for SSD??

Secondly, as things stand, I need to find a pendrive that works anyway, the USB-Multidrive App can't format my existing pen without an error (in the FAT16X format) so I'm forced to format it via windows on FAT32 to proceed. It goes ahead and allows the OS to be copied to the pen, but it causes a "Disk Error" when I try and boot from it using F12 on the AAO.

Any advice on either of these issues would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    C
