win32 error

    hye everyone..
    i'm a newbie here..and i just bought A1 last weekend..the problem is :
    an error written - generic host process for win 32 error has occurred..bla3..sorry for the inconvenience..bla3..
    so, can u help me with this problem?it keep showing up after a while and then there is no sound at all..so, i have to restart again and again so that i can hear the sound when im watching the movie..
    please..please..please..

    owh, btw my A1 is XP SP3..hehe
