I sorted my Wifi dropping out by changing my encryption key on the router to a shorter one. Originally my key was over twenty characters and I think this overloads the poor little CPU in the netbook. HTH :D

I just did a fresh install of Tiny7 Rev01. After first boot I connected to internet via ethernet cable and ran Windows Update. I also used the optional updates to install language packs. The updates gave me all necessary drivers (including Wi-Fi) except the JMicron Card Reader drivers, which I installed from the link in the first post.

Everything working perfectly - Wi-Fi doesn't drop packets or lose connection under heavy load.

I have a laptop Acer aspire 5738z and i have problem with chipset drivers for Windows Seven(Ultimate). I try to install all chipset drivers(for Windows Seven Ultimate) from Acer suport website and they mostly wored but the problem is that in my computer or device manager no exist DVD-RW. On Vista works normaly, but on Seven don't.

Perhaps I'm the only one who can't get the wifi to work right with windows 7? Windows automatically installed a driver for wifi but it doesn't show any networks in the tab thing. I tried uninstalling that driver and using the one posted here but that didn't work ether but possibly b/c I can't get Windows to uninstall the driver it has, then discover it has a wifi card without trying to install it's own driver. So basically it doesn't allow me to install my own driver b/c it installs it's own as soon as it sees the free wifi card.
