I have a slight problem  . I installed Windows 7 after a minor BIOS glitch which was fixed, my operating system language is in French. Is there a way of change that to English? If so could someone tell the French command in the control panel to do it.

    Thanks!

Uhh, I don't think you can.

You'll probably just have to learn French lol.

Fortunately I am fluent in French, but when one is tired, one would like to have the operating system language in his first language. Besides some of the technical terminology in French has something to be desired.

I'm just saying, I think you select the OS language to keep when booting up a computer for the first time. After that choice is made, it deletes the other language and installs the Windows in your chosen language.

It might be possible to change languages in Windows 7 Ultimate, IIRC, but that's only in the Ultimate edition.

Your only choice would be to reinstall Windows 7 from scratch somehow and make sure it's in English.
