    Hi,
I'm new to the forum so please excuse this post if it has been answered already.
I have an aspire one and every time the service pack 1 for windows 7 tries to install it fails.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
    Thanks for any help!

    Hi there,

Can you provide some more information on how the install fails?
Does it give any error codes? Is there a blue screen that appears at all?

Any more information will assist in finding your problem

    Cheers

    Paul

    Hi Paul,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I do not get any error messages or blue screens.
After any updates are downloaded and installed I check to see what got installed and what didn't. For a couple of times now the report shows that Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 Failed. All other updates get installed successfully.

I hope this info will help you.
