    Hello,

I got the Acer Aspire One A150L and i want to uninstall Linux and install Windows XP, thats easy i think.
BUT now i got some questions, i was on http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/no ... e_150.html or ftp://ftp.work.acer-euro.com/netbook/as ... 50/driver/ too, and there i can see many drivers for Windows XP.

So which should i download? I mean for example, what is 3G? Isnt that like WLAN? But i think i dont got it inside my Netbook :)

Could anyone explain me which drivers i need, to install all my default components?

    http://www.amazon.de/Acer-Aspire-A150L- ... 593&sr=8-3

    This is my netbook.

And my last question, i have downloaded bios v.3308.zip.
    How should i install it?

Thanks sooooo much in advance for helping me.

you need chipset driver, intel graphics driver, card reader driver, wifi driver, lan driver, sound driver and maybe webcam driver. I think thats all of them but am listing them from memory.

Install the chipset driver 1st and the graphics driver second. The rest shouldnt matter what order you do them in.

thanks but would be better if someone could give me the exact names from the downloads. Cause wifi is for example, not on the downloadpage.

    Anyway, thanks

Example: What is CCD_LiteOn_v.5.8.33.1.zip??? And the other rest?

I mean, are really all these files required? 3G.zip too i dont got a 3G connection i think.

Well if I had to guess....

    Video Drivers = VGA_Intel_v.6.14.10.4926.zip
    Audio Drivers = Audio_Realtek_v.5.10.0.5628.zip
    Wireless Drivers = WLAN_atheros_ar5xxx_760260_xp.zip , WLAN_Atheros_v7.6.0.224.zip
    Chipset Drivers = Chipset_Intel_v.8.3.0.1018.zip
    Touchpad Drivers = Touchpad_Synaptics_v.11.1.4.zip
    Card Reader Drivers = CardRdr_Jmicron_v.1.00.16.01.zip
    Ethernet network drivers = Lan_Realtek_v.5.602.619.2003.zip
    Webcam Drivers? = CCD_SUYIN_V.1.0.1.3.zip, CCD_LiteOn_v.5.8.33.1.zip
    3G Modem Drivers = 3G.ZIP

What I would recommend doing is just download the stuff above (if you aren't doing the 3G stuff, skip it,etc). Unzip them onto a memory stick.

Install Windows XP and then go to device manager and look for uninstalled drivers. Right click those entries in device manager and select the appropriate directory for the drivers on the memory stick.

If you select the wrong driver Windows will tell you that it can't find a suitable driver.
