Windows Explorer folder not refreshing

I don't know if this is Aspire One specific but I find that some folders on my Aspire do not refresh after file moves or deletions. However, this affects only folders that are shared on my local network. I can manually refresh the affected folders. This problem is more annoying than anything else. I don't know if it was happening when I first got the Aspire several months ago since I am just now sharing files across my network,

I have applied the following regedit patch as suggested by Microsoft:

1. Locate and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
2. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
3. Type NoSimpleNetIDList, and then press ENTER.
4. On the Edit menu, click Modify.
5. Type 1, and then click OK.

This did not fix the problem.

I am running XP with service pack 3 and all critical updates have been applied. I use COMODO Internet Security and have tried disabling it with no affect on this problem.
