windows password recovery ?

    Hallo,

    my boyfriend created a user's account but didn't created a password for it and now we cannot log-on in Windows. There is a message for a password hint and that we need floppy or other removable disc to plug-in in order to recover ( this actually not-existing ) password.

    i tried with a sd card and usb but result - none.

    what can we do? help, please! :)

    If when the new user account was created, there was no password assigned to it, then Windows will not be asking you for one.

    Ask the owner of the laptop for the administrator password or to change the settings accordingly.
