winXP to Ubuntu?

    Hey everyone, im going to go buy the Aspire one in a few days and would like to get a head start on switching it from windows XP to Ubuntu Linux, on the feature display it says it comes with xp etc..etc.. anyways lol
    i hate to ask this stupid question but
    does anyone have a tutorial for removing windows XP fully
    and installing Ubuntu Linux. ?

    any help would be much appreciated.
