wireless card install help

    ok i got everything open took the wireless card out sort of. do i remove the antennas or something help plz

    also after installation will the internet work or is there a kext i need to install thx

    you remove the existing wireless card ( first unplugging its two antenna cables ). Put your replacement card in, reattach the two antenna cables and you are done.

    Though it depends on the wireless card you are installing on whether you will need other kexts to make it run.

    If you are installing something like the Dell wireless 1390 then it will work natively within os x without the need for any other kexts ( which is what i have done )
