Wireless on Aspire One not strong

    My wireless connection to my home network/router works fine. But--when I am out of town and in a motel that has wireless, the connection is very weak. My husband's laptop always gets online, but my new Aspire One will not. It sees the connection, but when I connect it says it is very weak. Can I update the wireless??? :?

    I have the same problem even at home sometimes. The fix for mine is to plug it in. I'm not sure why, but it works. :?

    Go to the configuration for it in Device Manager and turn off the power save feature.
