why cant we access the internet away from home?

Hi kgezz We will need more info please What model Acer Aspire One do you have ? • Does it say Connected Start > Control Panel > Network Connections • Are you Connected but you can't load any web pages (what is the message) or does it just never Connect • If connected, what is the signal strength (hover the cursor over the wifi icon on the SysTray and read the bubble message) • Can you connect and load web pages using wifi at home • Did you try more than one public wifi hotspot • Did you try to Repair the connection (right click the icon in the SysTray and select Repair) Plus any other info you think might help us to understand the problem. I only use public wifi and aside for poor signal strength (which is common at public wifi) I have no problems, so there is hope All the best, woz of oz
