hi everyone, I got response from Acer or Linpus telling that I should refer my problem to this forum, which I did. In fact, it helped me a lot. But the point is this is supposed to be Acer's job - giving after sales support to those who willingly bought this device. And us just patting our shoulders enjoying and sharing our experience with this device in the forum. I know people from acer and linpus would be reading each and every thread in this forum, Hence I would like to propose this wishlist to give this people all the hang-ups we had with this device. (It may actually been answered in this forum but the point is disapointment on acer not acting on this issues.) mzc
