Won't Mount Cannon Camera via USB

    Hi
    I'm new to Linux and not technical! Have seen similar problems on the forums but in my case nothing happens when I plug in the camera. There are no messages, errors or anything else. The camera cannot be seen on file manager. Any help welcome

    Do other USB items work? Flash drives?
