Wrong Language

    I picked up the laptop and took it home. Turned it on and it said which language do you want? I chose english. Then it gave me two options... Canada or the US. I chose canada. Now my OS is in FRENCH. I have done the restore to factory settings with no luck. I can never get back to the language choice.

    How can I fool the laptop into thinking that this is the first time I'm turning it on again?
