Just got my Aspire One the other day (yay boxing day!). The only mods I've done are to activate "advanced mode" and to install some new programs. Now all of a sudden my email client won't work. The problem first manifested itself as the email client being unable to connect when I tried to send/recieve email or update RSS feeds. I closed the client thinking it would fix the problem, but then when I tried to start it from the main menu all I get is the busy cursor and nothing else. Tried restarting the computer to no avail. When I try to start the email client from terminal with "xdg-email" I get the following error:

"Failed to execute child process "/usr/acer/bin/onemail" (No such file or directory)."

The last two things I had done were to install Skype and Pidgin. The only thing I modified for those were that I removed libpurple in order to install Pidgin. Could that be the source of the problem and if so how do I fix it? The only other package I have removes is java-icedtea-plugin, but that should not have anything to do with this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
