Xorg error

    Hi!

    I'm using Debian. When I start X, there are some error messages (fetched from /var/log/Xorg.0.log):
    Code:
    (WW) intel(0): Failed to set up write-combining range (0x60000000,0x10000000)
    (WW) intel: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:0:2:1) found
    (WW) intel(0): VideoRam configuration found, which is no longer recommended.

    Edit: Oops, I forgot my question. :) So, do the error messages matter or can I reduce them somehow?

    Looks like this is the prime error of concern ...

    Code:
    No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:0:2:1) found
    On my Linpus version, the BusID is 0:2:0

    HTH.

    Take a look in /etc/X11/xorg.conf and see what it states there for the device.
