XP Install Hangs on Loading Screen

    Hi,

    Had XP running on my AA1 for a few weeks, then a problem with the trackpad happened and it wouldn't work.

    Thought i'd go for a completely fresh install of XP, so got my USB DVD Drive out and went through the install process, everything goes fine and the drive is formatted and files are copied over, then the install process does it's usual restart and you get the windows xp loading screen (with the blue bar at the bottom), but this screen never dissapears.

    I've tried the install 3 times now and it hangs on the same process, what can i do??
