ZG5 BIOS problem

    I know there is a lot of info about the black screen start up and flashing the BIOS, but I can't seem to get it to work. Additional info - I reformatted netbook and installed Kubuntu, all went well, then this problem started some time later. Does this have any bearing on what I'm trying to do, or is there something more sinister going on? Have I done something wrong during previous attempts and totally screwed up? Please help. NB - USB stick is not flashing during procedure. :cry:
