    Hi

I have a 9-inch Aspire One running UNR 9.10, connected to a VGA 19" flatscreen via a Belkin KVM switch

I've got the 2nd display configured to run at its native resolution and I can drag apps between the netbook screen and the monitor, but I can't see any way to get the desktop bar on the external screen (no menus, nothing)

Is it possible to have a desktop bar on an external monitor as ell as on the inbuilt screen? Alternatively is it possible to have the monitor as the sole display with the full desktop on it? So far I can only do this by mirroring, which forces the resolution down to netbook screen res, which is pointless.

    Cheers for any advice

    Hey, scrap that request

Just found out how to turn off the internal screen in Display Settings, then I was able to make the external come up to full resolution with a full desktop on it

Now to see if I can do the same with my XP partition....
