    Hello.

I've been wondering about something. Is it possible to run ZIF and SATA simultaneously on one board?? I'm planning to use two CF card - one with CF to ZIF adapter and another one with CF to SATA adapter but I must be sure all will work...

    Any ideas??

There is a couple of solution available on the market - still SSD but on different interfaces. Also my idea is to use 2x32GB CF cards with two adaptors - one for SATA one for ZIF (they are really cheap on ebay) I'm not a speed freak then I don't really mind the speed of CF itself - just a storage space let's say...

I would think that the BIOS supports it, as it does show IDE0 and IDE1 in it.

Question is, would the CF cards fit inside? I know they're pretty small. Wait, that means you'd have to solder a ZIF connector into the motherboard, doesn't it?

Depends on machine you have to solder ZIF to any HDD version or SATA to any ZIF version. Always you have to solder one of the connectors anyway...

I think at that point I'd just shell out for a 64GB CF card myself... :?
