I have copied via a memory stick some files from a Windows Xp machine running Office 2007 and some of the files are appearing as ZIP files . They are all Word files with the words in a series of boxes no more than two pages long Two questions. Why is this happening and if it cannot be stopped how do I open Zip files. Thanks Geoff Fisher
