Need Help Finding A Specific Laptop

I'm looking for a laptop without specific features. I was going to go with a Leveno but they don't make a 16" laptop without a number pad I would prefer a decent keyboard for writing as well as what is below. Hopefully a good build quality, mil-std-810h or similar would be nice. I plan on running a Windows Linux dual boot. I'm guessing Dell, HP or ASUS since Lenovo is out but who knows.

* AMD Processor (prefer integrated graphics but not a deal breaker)
* 15.6/16" Touchscreen
* No Numberpad
* 32-64gb RAM
* 2-4tb (prefer an extra empty expansion slot)
* Backlit Keyboard
* Fingerprint Reader (prefer but not a deal breaker)
* 3+ USB Ports
