Replacement Hinges

I have a Clevo laptop N151CU and had an accident which broke the hinges on my laptop screen, I have been in contact with Clevo, who offered me an alternative top/bottom case but unfortunately they do not have the hinges for this model anymore and it seems the actual manufacturer does not make them anymore. I was told that there is no alternative, but wondered if anybody on here could suggest any other solution apart from purchasing a new laptop, this one is only four years old and cost me over 1500 euros at the time.
The parts I require are:-
HINGE L (SK7) N150ZU - 6-33-N15Z1-0L2
HINGE R (SK7) N150ZU - 6-33-N15Z1-0R2
Any help would really be appreciated
